Blueberry Cobbler Ingredients

1. Melted butter 2. Blueberries 3. Lemon zest 4. Sugar powder 5. Flour 6. Baking powder 7. Salt 8. Milk 9. Cinnamon 10. Vanilla ice cream

Step 1

Take a pan add butter slices into the pan, preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Allow the butter to melt, once melted remove the pan from the oven.

Step 2

In a bowl take blueberries, lemon zest and sugar powder and mix it well.

Step 3

Prepare a batter of flour, baking powder, sugar and salt stir it well with the help of milk without any limbs in it.

Step 4

Pour mixture of blueberries over the melted butter in a pan, drizzle the batter over top of blueberries and sprinkle the cinnamon over it.

Step 5

Bake the ingredients pan in a oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit i.e around 35 to 40 minutes until it becomes golden brown on the top.

Step 6

Here is your blueberries cobbler ready. Serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream over it.
