Ingredients:-

1. Rice Wrappers 2. Finely chopped  3. Ginger & garlic 4. Chiselled Onion 5. Grated Carrot 6. Chopped Capsicum 7. Minced Cabbage 8. Hakka Noodles 9. Schezwan Sauce 10. Tomato Sauce 11. Flour, Oil, Salt

1. In the initial step, boil the Hakka noodles.

2. Take a pan and put oil to be heated.

3. First, add chopped ginger and garlic. Gradually, add onion, minced cabbage, carrot, and capsicum and stir well.

4. Next, add boiled noodles and mix with the veggies nicely.

5. Add two types of sauce to the mixture. The stuffed is prepared completely. 6. Then, take the rice wrappers and clean them properly.

7. Place the stuffed into the wrappers and fold them. Seal the corners with flourwater.

8. Heat oil and deep fry the rolls.

9. After frying, cut each roll into three parts. And serve them wrapping with papers.
